Juicing Recipes for Beginners

colors2When you first start out juicing, you may not know where to start, in terms of ingredients.

You should know that the possibilities with juicing are endless! It might be best to start out nice and simplemainly with fruits.

Once you start getting more comfortable with juicing, you can start adding more ingredients like herbs, vegetables, beans, leafy greens, etc.

These recipes will include a few different easy-to-find ingredients. Just normal every-day produce you can find at any grocery store.

My personal recommendation is to buy organic. If you are on a budget and that is not an option for you, please at least buy organic leafy vegetable.

Why?

Green leafy vegetables absorb the pesticides that are sprayed on them and when you eat or juice those vegetables, trace amounts of pesticide chemicals are present.
